These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the A+ PHSI191 Online Course ("Courses"), provided by Tom Lee Tutoring. By purchasing and enrolling in the Courses, you agree to comply with these Terms, including the A+ grade guarantee and refund policy as outlined below.
We offer a full money-back guarantee if you do not achieve an A+ grade (90% or more) in the PHSI191 paper, subject to the following conditions:
- 2.1 To be eligible for the A+ guarantee, you must purchase A+ PHSI191 Online Course.

2.2 Impact of LATs on Final Grade
The A+ guarantee assumes that you will achieve the full 10% from the LATs. If you achieve less than the full 10%, a deficit in LATs will be factored into your final grade to determine your eligibility for the guarantee:
- If you score below 10% in LATs, any missing percentage will be added to your final PHSI191 grade to determine whether you would have met the A+ threshold (90%) if you had achieved the full 10%.
Example Scenarios:
- Scenario 1: If your final grade is 88% in PHSI191 and you only achieved 8% in LATs, an additional 2% will be added to your final grade. Since you would have achieved an A+ (90%) with the full 10% from LATs, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Scenario 2: If your final grade is 87% in PHSI191 and you only achieved 8% in LATs, an additional 2% will be added to your final grade. Since this would result in a total of 89%, which is below the A+ threshold, you will be eligible for a full refund.
To qualify for a refund under the A+ guarantee, the
following conditions must be met:
- You must complete the A+ PHSI191 Online
Course on our learning platform.
- You must log at
least 40 hours of study time on our online learning platform.
- You must have achieved
terms requirements in PHSI191 by attending all required PHSI191 laboratory
sessions and fulfilling any other requirements.
- You must sit the
final PHSI191 exam.
- Proof of your
final confirmed PHSI191 result must be provided when
applying for a refund.
You will not be eligible for a refund if:
- You fail to complete the A+ PHSI191 Online Course.
- You fail to log at least 40 hours of study time on our platform.
- You fail to achieve terms requirements for PHSI191.
- You do not sit the final PHSI191 exam.
- Your failure to achieve an A+ grade is due to any circumstances outside of those covered in these Terms.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the A+ guarantee, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of receiving your final confirmed PHSI191 grade. Refund requests must be sent to tomlee@tomleetutoring.co.nz and include the following:
- Proof of your final confirmed PHSI191 result.
- Details of your LAT performance.
- Any additional information that may support your refund request.
Once received, we will review your refund request and respond within 14 days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 21 days.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective 14 days after posting on our website. Those eligible for the A+ Guarantee will be notified by email if any amendments are made.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with
these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New
Zealand.
By purchasing and participating in the Courses, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
Terms.
